The Leadership Development Outdoor Adventure uses the biggest classroom available- the outdoors-to lead young people in activities that are both physically and mentally stressful.  Through this adventure, participants not only learn outdoor survival & safety skills but also how to apply these new skills in their everyday lives to help them become a leader in their workplace and community.
