Traverse Bay EDC Annual Meeting
Robert Marcusse, President & CEO of the Kansas City Area Development Council, will be speaking at this year's Traverse Bay Economic Development Corporation meeting. Click here for Mr. Marcusse's bio. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 20 at the NMC Hagerty Center Great Lakes Campus and will begin at 2:30 p.m. There is no cost to attend, but you must pre-register. Click here to sign up.
We realize March 20 is a day of significance for many of our stakeholders; therefore, we will have the meeting adjourned by 4:00 p.m.

Draft Economic Development Strategic Plan Introduced to City Commission
The Traverse Bay EDC presented a draft strategic plan to the Traverse City City Commission Monday night. The Traverse Bay EDC anticipates a collaborative, iterative process that further refines the draft strategy based upon City feedback, public participation, and its continued partnership with business and industry. Together, a final plan will be refined and formally presented to the City after sufficient updates and contributions are made by all interested stakeholders.
