Traverse Bay EDC Annual Meeting Held
The Traverse Bay EDC Annual Meeting was held Thursday, March 20 at the NMC Hagerty Center Great Lakes Campus. The program featured the project successes from 2007, and Bob Marcusse from the Kansas City Area Development Council spoke on the workings of a sucessfull economic development strategy. Huron County Wind Energy Tour
This one-day event includes transportation to Huron County from Traverse City and Cadillac! While on the trip, we will review the most current sample zoning on wind generation and the state's recommended guidelines. We will also review current university-based research on Michigan wind generation. The tour will culminate with a visit to the Huron County Wind Farm.
