2006 Economic Summit
The Economic Summit on October 12th was an energetic, thought provoking discussion on recasting positive, forward thinking economic development strategies for the Grand Traverse region.  These strategies will be addressed through the broader agenda of the Traverse Bay EDC and its many stakeholder partners in the public and private sectors as we move ahead on issues that will help shape the economic prospects and drivers of real and sustainable economic growth for our region.

View the Power Point presentation from the 2006 Economic Summit, as well as questions and answers to information on our region that was used as part of the day’s interaction with participants.  Anyone who is interested in getting involved in our region’s economic development future is invited to join our Advisory Council and become actively engaged in one of the Traverse Bay EDC's three committees.   For further information, please contact Traverse Bay EDC Senior Vice President, Tino Breithaupt (231) 995-7106.
