Traverse Angels

What is it? Traverse Angels is an invitation-only, select network of successful entrepreneurs, professionals, as well as business and community leaders, in the Traverse City, Michigan area, who provide investment capital, strategic advice and mentoring to early-stage companies to ehlp them achieve market leadership.

Who's eligible? Traverse Angels invests in local, private, start-up companies with a poential to rapidly scale into market and financial leadership.

How much is available? Traverse Angels invests in start-up companies seeking approximately $250K to $1.5M in total capital, and where the investment will take the company to the next level, thus materially increasing the valuation.

What are the terms of agreement? All investments are equity-based participation, based on a Stock Purchase Agreement, and negotiated between Traverse Angels and each, individual company.
