Comprehensive coverage (including prescription drugs) to protect you and your family!

Flexible Blue IISM (1500, 2500, 5000 deductible options)

Combine a comprehensive health plan with a tax-advantaged health ssavings account with your choice of three deductibles to meet your family's needs.

Young Adult Blue MaxSM

Health coverage for individuals age 19 to 30. Benefits include preventive medical, dental and vision.

Flexible Blue Dental PlusSM

• Annual maximum of $800
• 90-day waiting period for Class I and Class II services
