Chamber Entrepreneur Series/SCORE Business Builder Series

Effective January 1, 2009, the Chamber began a new initiative to offer exciting programming for business owners and entrepreneurs. First, the Chamber's popular Business & Education Series transitioned to the oversight of SCORE, a Chamber partner and key business resource for entrepreneurs in Traverse City. SCORE's new Business Builders Series will be open to Chamber members and will continue to be promoted in Chamber communications.

The Chamber, meanwhile, will introduce a new Entrepreneur Series sponsored by Hagerty Insurance Agency, focused on providing training and resources for established entrepreneurs and business owners in our region. The Entrepreneur Series will offer advanced training and seminars on topics relevant to second-stage and beyond companies looking to build on their success and progress to the next level of growth.

SCORE Now Accepting RFPs for Presenters for 2009 Business Builder Series

In light of one of SCORE's prime objectives of providing education and information to its clients, SCORE will host a series of seminars and/or workshops as part of the new Business Builders Series, previosuly a part of the Chamber's Business & Education Series. SCORE will be hosting business seminars throughout the year on a variety of current business topics. The goal is to make these seminar topics timely, informative and cost-effective to everyone.
