  • Tuesday, October 7 - 7:00-7:30 p.m. - Up North 2 (Channel 2) - "Chamber Connections" - Moderator Doug Luciani (Chamber President) and guests Beth Milligan (YP Chamber Liasion), Bryan Taggart (YP Co-Chair) and Chris Jonkhoff (YP Co-Chair) will discuss Young Professionals on this half-hour television program. Note: This program will air the same night as the YP Undercover Night Out. We recommend either recording the program or catching it on one of its reruns later that week if you plan to attend Undercover Night Out. Rerun times are Thursday morning (10/9) at 7:00 a.m. or Saturday afternoon (10/11) at 4:00 p.m.

  • Wednesday, October 8 - 8:40-9:00 a.m. - WTCM News Talk 580 - "Entrepreneur Focus" - Guests Beth Milligan, Bryan Taggart and Chris Jonkhoff will talk with host Ron Jolly about the importance of recruiting and retaining a young workforce in Traverse City, as well as give details on the YP program.   • Thursday, October 23 - 8:00-9:00 a.m. - 106.7 FM WSRT - "Mary in the Morning" - Guests Laura Oblinger (Chamber Senior Vice President) and Beth Milligan will talk with host Mary Rogers about Young Professionals and preview some of the group's upcoming events.

News Update: 20 Young Professionals members made the Traverse City Business News' "40 Under 40 List" in 2008, honoring the 40 most influential people under age 40 in Traverse City. Congratulations to all the recipients!
