Tino is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Traverse Bay EDC. Prior to joining the Chamber's staff, Tino worked at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) for eight years. At the MEDC, Tino held positions in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program as a financial packaging infrastructure specialist; was Managing Director for MEDC's Global Business Development unit; led the development and creation of NextEnergy, Michigan's alternative energy initiative; and served as Vice President of the Technology Development unit targeting development and growth of high tech businesses in Michigan. Prior to his tenure at MEDC, Tino managed the International Division for the Port Huron - St. Clair County Industrial Development Corporation and spent six years at the Greater Detroit Chamber of Commerce where he managed their Small Business and Canadian Business Attraction Programs.

Bryce has extensive experience in the areas of retail, commercial and manufacturing, and has owned a Wild Birds Unlliminted franchise.

Kevin's background in the commerical and inforamtion technology sectors allow companies in these sectors to receive expert advice on developing their business.

Sarah Racine

Sarah acts as the Traverse Bay EDC liaison to its partners, including local EDC's, SCORE and the Northwest Michigan Tooling Coalition. Sarah also coordinates regional meetings, assists in packaging and monitoring of Community Development Block Grant and Revolving Loan Fund applicaions, oversees the Traverse Bay EDC Web site and acts as coordinator for the DevelopMentor Program.

Kelly provides administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Traverse Bay EDC, as well as the Traverse City Area Industrial Fund. Kelly also serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with starting or expanding their business and schedules appointments for people interested in free business counseling from SCORE: Counselors to America's Small Business.
